Very Thorough and comprehensive list. it should be part of agenda for National Conference and State Assoc . gatherings to elicit comments/feedback/interaction by membership and what we see and experience in the so-called trenches. connection to the broader "populace" within the Big 7 is also a good approach and more "global" outreach .Possible inclusion of undergrad and graduate formal education venues and what should be part of core curriculum to prep next generation Public sector mgrs. and leaders? this has to be a dynamic and fluid process and able to be updates and progress commentary sidebar should be part of the reporting out process.

I agree that it is a very comprehensive and inclusive list. I would suggest two items:

1) In the first initiatives title, "thought leadership" seems vague and I would suggest striking the word 'thought'; and 2) The action steps "Think Globally, Act Globally" could be made stronger with more specificity.
